ok...WOW...
today was wednesday and the meant it was see you at the pole! i got up a little late, but when i finally got to school and i was looking around and i saw about 40-50 people standing around my flag pole...i had my mom drive me up to the driveway and then i got out. i was hoping to see ppl form my youth group, instead i found a ton of ppl form other youth groups....then i saw jon waits... the only other one from lcc. i didnt come expecting everyone to show up....actually i had planed doing this whole thing by myself and w. some other ppl i didnt kno. when i walked up i looked around and saw friends that i have met from school...not ne where else...that i didnt even kno where christian and i saw ppl i have never seen before. as we stood there and prayed, kids led the prayer everyone took their turn if they wanted.. there we no adults there at all, people were walking around us just getting to school, surprisingly they were all very respectful, if they themselves didnt join us. teachers would be coming to school and they would stop and pray for a miunte or so, then leave, it was awesome to kno that i go to a school full of soo much evil and there are ppl who believe the same things that i do. so we where standing there praying and i noticed i was shaking, but not bc of the cold. it was bc Jesus Christ had touched me and the fact that all of these kids had the courage to stand out here and pray made me start shaking. i had goose bumps "God bumps" as beast calls them. i got chills all over. it was an awesome expierence! and if u didnt participate this year i encourage you to do it next year bc it is a feeling you will never forget. just thought that i would share that.
